Beta program · By invitation
BenchKey is opening to its first shops.
BenchKey is the repair-shop OS built by the team at MDRepairs.com, inside a real, working repair business. Before public sign-up opens, we're running with a small group of invited shops on the real product: a full year free, then half price for life. Tell us about your shop and we'll consider you for an invite.
-
A full year free
Every feature of the top plan, from day one. No trial countdown, no upgrade nags.
-
Then half price, for life
When the year ends you pay half of list on whichever plan fits, for as long as your account is active.
-
Built by MDRepairs
Made by people who run the bench every day, not a boardroom.
What happens if you're invited
- 1
We create your account and email you
There's no code to enter and nothing to redeem. Your invite goes to the email address you give us here.
- 2
You sign up with that same address
Set your password, name the shop, and you're in. Use the invited address — that's what your account is attached to.
- 3
Day one is the whole product
Not a demo and not a limited trial. Bring your data in, put real tickets through it, take real payments. You won't see a countdown or an upgrade prompt for a year, because there isn't one.
- 4
A year later, half price
You pick the plan that fits and pay half its list price, locked to your account — change plans later, or cancel and come back, and it's still there.
What we ask back
Run BenchKey on real work, and tell us when it gets in your way. A beta is us finding the rough edges with you instead of guessing at them — so when something is wrong, slow, or just annoying, we want to hear it while it's still fresh. There's a support link in the app and a real person on the other end of it.
What "beta" honestly means here
The product is the real one and your data is your data — you can export it any time. But we're still shipping fixes fast, and two things stay switched off for the beta so nobody plans around them: email campaigns and membership auto-charge. Accounting sync during the beta is QuickBooks Online; Xero comes after.
