BenchKey

Answer knowing who is calling, and why

When the phone rings, a card appears in the app showing the caller, their open tickets, and their history. The call records to the ticket, so what was said is never a debate.

The call card

The moment a call comes in, the card pops in your navigation: name, number, and their open tickets. Click through and you are looking at their repair before you have finished saying hello.

Recorded on the ticket

The call attaches to the ticket alongside the messages and notes. When a customer remembers the conversation differently, you have the recording, timestamped, in context. Recording follows your phone line’s consent settings, check your state’s rules, and word-against-word arguments get a lot shorter.

Part of the same history

Calls, texts, emails, notes, money: one ticket holds it all. The full story of every repair, in order, forever.

FAQ

Calls on tickets questions

What shows when a customer calls?

A card with the caller, their number, and their open tickets appears in the navigation. Click it to open their ticket.

Are calls really recorded to the ticket?

Yes. The recording attaches to the ticket with a timestamp, next to the messages and notes for that repair.

What phone system does this use?

Quo (formerly OpenPhone) is the recommended phone integration, it is what we run at our own store, with calls, texts, voicemails, and transcripts landing on tickets. See the integrations page for everything supported.
