Terms of Service

Last updated: June 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of BenchKey, the website at benchkey.com, and the application at app.benchkey.com. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

BenchKey provides software for running a repair business, tickets, customer communication, estimates, invoicing, payments processing via third-party processors, and related features. We may improve or modify features over time.

Your account & your data

You’re responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of data you enter. The business data you store in BenchKey is yours: you can export it, and you can request deletion. We process it only to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Don’t use BenchKey to send spam or unlawful messages, to store data you have no right to store, or to attempt to breach the service’s security or other tenants’ data.

Billing

Paid plans bill monthly and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Payment processing fees are charged by your processor and are not BenchKey fees.

Third-party services

Integrations (e.g., Square, Affirm, QuickBooks, Twilio, RingCentral, PrintNode) are governed by their own terms; BenchKey isn’t responsible for those services.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, BenchKey’s liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

Changes & contact

We’ll notify you of material changes to these terms. Questions: support@benchkey.com.
