How do I add the widget to my website?
Paste one script tag before the closing body tag. It works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, and hand-built sites, anywhere you can paste HTML. Any existing button can open it by adding a data-que-open attribute.
Where do the submissions go?
Straight into the Leads inbox in BenchKey, with the customer’s contact info, device, and message. You get notified, the customer gets an instant auto-reply, and the conversation continues by email or text from the same screen.
Can I change the questions on the form?
Yes, the form is fully configurable in a drag-and-drop builder: your own questions, steps, dropdowns, file uploads, colors, and greeting. The demo above shows one example setup.
What stops spam submissions?
Cloudflare Turnstile bot-checking, per-IP rate limits, and an allowlist of domains the widget is permitted to run on. Very little junk gets through, and what does is one click to dismiss.
What if a visitor starts the form but never sends it?
BenchKey can capture abandoned forms: if a visitor types contact info and leaves, you still get the partial lead instead of losing the customer forever. Follow up by email, or by text only where they checked the SMS consent box.
Does it work after hours?
Yes. The widget knows your business hours, after close it switches to "leave a message" wording and sets the customer’s expectation for when you reply.
