Connect your old system directly

Skip the export step: enter your own API token or connection key and BenchKey pulls customers, tickets, and invoices itself, respecting their rate limits while it works. Your credentials are used for the migration and nothing else, revoke them the day it is done.
More than one store? One store at a time
A multi-store or franchise move runs per store: you connect or import each location separately, check it, and move to the next. It is deliberate, not a limitation we hide — a chain’s books are worth more than a single button, and doing it store by store is what keeps each location’s history attached to the right counter. Tell us your store count and we will plan the order with you.

Which systems can I switch from?
Anything that exports CSV, RepairShopr, RepairDesk, RepairQ, or plain spreadsheets. The importer auto-maps common formats and lets you adjust the rest.
I have several stores. Can I move them all at once?
You move them one store at a time. Each location is connected or imported separately so its customers, tickets, and invoices land against the right counter, and you can check one store before starting the next. If you are moving a chain or a franchise group, talk to us and we will sequence it with you.
Will my tickets still be linked to my customers?
Yes. The importer preserves the relationships between customers, tickets, and invoices so history stays connected.
What if the import goes wrong?
Roll it back. Imports are reversible, so you can re-map and re-run until it’s right.
