Set the label size and include the ticket details your team uses to identify devices and find their bins.
- Keep ticket details together
- Include the ticket number, customer and device. Add contact details, status, bin or printed date when your team needs them.
- Match your label roll
- Choose a standard device, small device, tall or large label size, or enter custom dimensions.
- Check the layout first
- Adjust text size, choose whether to show your logo, and review the live preview before saving.

Choose a label size
Open "Printed Labels" in settings. Choose the size that matches the roll in your printer.

Choose fields and text size
Select the ticket fields to include, adjust text size and check the live preview.

Save and print
Choose "Save printed label", then print from a ticket through BenchKey Printing or your browser.

Can I change the label size?
Yes. Choose a preset size or set a custom width and height in "Printed Labels". You can also choose the fields, text size and logo.
Can I print without BenchKey Printing?
Yes. Device labels can also open in the browser print window or be saved as a PDF. Label printing still requires Pro or Business.
What should I check if a label doesn't fit?
Check that the saved size matches the label roll. Review the fields and text size in the live preview, then save the layout and print again.
