Integrations
Integrations live in Settings → Integrations. Each is a guided connect flow, sign in, authorize, done.
Recorded from the real app: browse the integration directory, create a signed Galactic Repair webhook, choose its events, and see the configured endpoint.

Quo, phone & texting (recommended)
Section titled “Quo, phone & texting (recommended)”Quo (formerly OpenPhone) gives the whole team business calls and texting on one shared number, and it is the deepest phone integration BenchKey has. It is also what we run at our own store.
- In Settings → Integrations, find the Quo card: choose the number your shop texts from in Quo, copy it in international format (like +17329789546), and paste your Quo key. Then set Quo as the text message provider at the top of the page.
- Two-way texts thread onto tickets and leads automatically.
- Incoming calls pop a card with the caller and their open tickets, and recordings, voicemails, and transcripts attach to the ticket.

Why we recommend it over a bare SMS line: you get calls, texts, voicemail, and transcripts in one integration, every one of them on the ticket, which is exactly the record you want when a customer says “nobody told me.”
Stripe, payments
Section titled “Stripe, payments”Connect Stripe with one guided sign-in (Stripe Connect — no API keys to copy). Customers pay invoices by card through a secure checkout link and the invoice marks itself paid the moment the money lands; counter payments run on Stripe Terminal readers (S700/WisePOS). Refunds, full or partial, reconcile back onto the right ticket, and replay protection means a double-click or a re-sent webhook can never double-book a payment.
Square, payments
Section titled “Square, payments”Connect your Square account to take card payments at the counter, by link, and in the portal. Payments reconcile against Square, and anything that does not match gets flagged the same day.
Affirm, financing
Section titled “Affirm, financing”Offer monthly payments on large invoices. The financing option appears in the payment flow for eligible amounts, it turns “I’ll think about it” into approvals on four-figure work.
RingCentral, texting & calls
Section titled “RingCentral, texting & calls”Connect the shop’s RingCentral account with one sign-in — the texting number and message routing are set up automatically. Customer texts send and receive on your RingCentral number and thread onto the right ticket, and incoming calls pop the customer with their open tickets. One carrier requirement: complete RingCentral’s US business-SMS registration before relying on the number for daily customer texting.
Twilio, SMS
Section titled “Twilio, SMS”Connect Twilio to send and receive texts on your own business number. The connect flow configures the webhook automatically, no copy-pasting URLs into the Twilio console.
PrintNode, printing
Section titled “PrintNode, printing”One PrintNode connection drives your label and receipt printers (most USB/network thermal printers work). Labels can fire automatically at check-in, anything can be reprinted from its ticket, and the printing workspace shows recent failed jobs for follow-up.
Signed webhooks
Section titled “Signed webhooks”Open Webhooks from the integration directory to connect a custom dashboard, bookkeeping bridge, or automation. Give the endpoint a URL and description, then subscribe only to the events it needs. Every request carries a BenchKey-Signature HMAC header; failed deliveries retry with backoff. The endpoint screen also lets an admin inspect deliveries, pause the feed, or rotate its secret.
QuickBooks Online & Xero, accounting
Section titled “QuickBooks Online & Xero, accounting”Connect either with a one-click OAuth sign-in, then set the item/account mapping your sales should post against (nothing syncs until you do). With auto-sync on, paid invoices push shortly after payment — customers, invoices, payments, and refunds (as credit memos in QuickBooks, credit notes in Xero). Pushes are idempotent, and anything edited after it synced is held for review instead of re-posted, so your books never see a duplicate. You can also push any single invoice with its Sync now button. Full guide: QuickBooks & Xero sync.
Dymo, labels
Section titled “Dymo, labels”Choose Dymo label templates in Documents & Labels and pick your label size. Device labels come out sized for your Dymo rolls at check-in and from any ticket, and the preview shows exactly what prints.
Shippo, shipping labels
Section titled “Shippo, shipping labels”Add your Shippo API key in Settings → Integrations & Shipping and toggle on the carriers you use. Buy and print shipping labels for mail-in devices right from the lead or ticket; tracking numbers attach automatically with live tracking links.
PayPal, payments
Section titled “PayPal, payments”Connect PayPal with one guided sign-in (no keys to copy). Customers can pay an invoice or portal link with PayPal, and the ticket marks itself paid the moment the payment settles. Refunds run from the invoice and reconcile back onto the ticket. PayPal is an online checkout option — it appears on payment links and the customer portal, not the counter register.
MobileSentrix, parts-order tracking
Section titled “MobileSentrix, parts-order tracking”Order parts on mobilesentrix.com the way you always do, then paste the order number into BenchKey. Every ticket waiting on that part shows a card with the carrier, tracking link, ETA, and latest scan, one order can cover many tickets, and when the carrier scan says delivered the parts mark themselves arrived and ping the techs waiting on them. Tracking and auto-arrival today; in-app purchasing is not part of the integration.
