Shipping & tracking

Shipping keeps labels and carrier events attached to the repair they belong to. Connect a shipping account in Settings → Integrations & shipping, then create labels from a ticket or the mail-in flow.

A populated shipping board filtered to one fictional customer, followed into the linked ticket. Recorded from the real app.

  1. Open a ticket and choose Shipping label.
  2. Confirm the destination and parcel details.
  3. Review the service and rate information returned by the configured account.
  4. Buy the label, then print it or email it to the customer.

The available carrier path depends on what the shop connected. BenchKey supports its Shippo and direct UPS account flows.

Open Shipping in the sidebar. The summary separates:

  • Labels created
  • Packages in transit
  • Delivered packages
  • Voided labels

Every shipment row keeps its carrier, tracking number, customer, ticket, device, date, and current status together. Use the row actions to print or email the label, open carrier tracking, or return to the linked repair.

Search accepts the customer, ticket number, tracking number, email, phone, or device. Select a status summary to narrow the board to that stage.

Labels generated through the public mail-in form land in the same shipping history as staff-created labels. The tracking record stays connected to the mail-in ticket throughout the repair and return trip.
