Timezone & system settings
A short page about the settings that quietly touch everything, found under Settings → System.
Timezone
Section titled “Timezone”Your timezone drives every timestamp in the system: when tickets show as created, which day a payment lands in for reports, what “today” means on the register, when appointment slots appear to customers, and when day-based follow-ups fire.
Set it before anything else if your shop is not in the default zone. If reports ever look like a day is split oddly, the timezone is the first thing to check.
Feature toggles
Section titled “Feature toggles”System-level switches for features in rollout (for example the Buy/Sell beta lives under Settings → Inventory). If a section mentioned in these docs is not visible in your sidebar, check here and your plan before assuming it is missing.
When in doubt, ask
Section titled “When in doubt, ask”Every setting on this page can be changed by asking the AI assistant: “set my timezone to Mountain Time” works, and it tells you exactly what it changed.
