MobileSentrix parts tracking is coming
We're waiting on MobileSentrix to approve connections for more shops. Once you can connect, fill your cart from low stock, bring orders in with tracking and link them to waiting tickets. You still check out on mobilesentrix.com.
From your cart to the waiting repair
Once you can connect, BenchKey works with your own MobileSentrix account. It fills your cart, brings your orders in and tells your team when parts arrive. Ordering and payment stay on mobilesentrix.com.
- Fill your cart from low stock
- Once you can connect, add low-stock items that have a MobileSentrix SKU to your real MobileSentrix cart, in the quantity you need. Then open the cart and check out on mobilesentrix.com.
- Orders come in on their own
- Once you can connect, orders you place on mobilesentrix.com show up in Inventory within about an hour, with each part, quantity and price. Status and tracking update every 10 minutes.
- Flag the ticket when the part arrives
- Once you can connect, link an order to the waiting ticket. It shows the order on its way with the tracking number, then "Part arrived" once the box is in, and the technician gets a notice.

Check MobileSentrix availability
In Settings, "MobileSentrix parts tracking" shows "Unavailable": "MobileSentrix order tracking isn't available for your shop yet. We're waiting on MobileSentrix to approve connections for more shops."

Fill your MobileSentrix cart
Once you can connect, choose "review & reorder" in Inventory and add the parts you need to your MobileSentrix cart. Then open the cart and check out on mobilesentrix.com.

Link the order to the ticket
Once you can connect, choose "Add parts" on the ticket, then "It's on order from MobileSentrix", enter the order number and choose "Track order". One order can cover several tickets.

- Permission to manage supplier integrations in BenchKey

Common questions
Setup guide MobileSentrix parts tracking setupCan I buy MobileSentrix parts inside BenchKey?
Not the checkout. Once you can connect, BenchKey adds the parts you are low on to your MobileSentrix cart, and you review and pay on mobilesentrix.com. The order then comes back into BenchKey with its tracking.
Can I see MobileSentrix prices in BenchKey?
Not yet. Once connected, search for a part by name or SKU in the price calculator to see your MobileSentrix price, whether it is out of stock and what you paid last time, then add labor to quote the customer.
Will arriving parts always be added to inventory?
Once you can connect, you choose. Add them automatically or choose "Hold for me to check in" so your team counts the delivery first.
Which plans include MobileSentrix?
Once available, MobileSentrix is included in Pro and Business. The price calculator is on every plan; live MobileSentrix prices need the connection. We're waiting on MobileSentrix to approve connections for more shops.
