Before you join the waitlist

Country setup and access
The list covers 48 countries and regions in shop setup. English account setup is planned for launch in countries supported by Stripe or Square. Listing a country here does not open access or confirm its payment methods or fiscal requirements.
Currency and card payments
Card options shown use the default currency and can change with your saved currency. Your payment provider must approve the account and reader. You can still record cash and payments taken outside BenchKey in supported shop currencies.
Tax settings and fiscal receipts
Set your own tax rates and registration details. Tax fields and tax-inclusive pricing do not provide fiscal certification. BenchKey is not a certified fiscal register and does not issue certified fiscal receipts or fiscal e-invoices. Keep the fiscal system your business requires.
Languages and customer updates
App and customer-message languages have separate settings. Booking and visit pages offer English and Spanish. Selected help pages are available in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Texting needs your shop's connected provider and number.
Countries without access
BenchKey is unavailable in Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia and Syria.
